FRAME: If you break your frame under normal conditions due to a manufacturer defect, we will repair or replace it (if still manufactured) one time within 12 months from date of purchase. We offer a Frame Replacement Policy,for an additional $20.00, that covers all other breakage and damage to frame, one time within 12 months from date of purchase. This may be purchased only at the time of original order.
LENSES: Our lens treatments are the hardest, most durable surface protection available. However, any lens (including glass) can scratch or break. Replacement of plastic lenses purchased with a scratch resistant coating or anti-reflective coating is limited to a one time replacement within 12 months from date of purchase. Lens replacement must be the original prescription. All other lenses, except glass or plastic, also have a one time replacement within 12 months from date of purchase for scratching. (This does not apply with some insurances)
RECHECK POLICY: If you have any questions or concerns about your eyewear, please contact our office within 30 days from date of purchase.This will enable us to correct any issues with your prescription. We will remake your lenses if neccesary within 30 days from date of purchase to a new prescription or different lens style. No refunds will be given on your customized prescription eyewear from original purchase and additional charges will apply if changes are made to new order.
